Return Process

  Log into your OXFORD account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their unused, original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
